OUR WINES

OUR HISTORY IN A BOTTLE

"Wine is poetry in a bottle", wrote Robert Luis Stevenson. And we add: wine is history in a bottle. For the selective production of Pyrgos Petreza vineyards, that is exactly the case: every label has its history, and –since our wines are reserved exclusively for your events- their history becomes part of your own history. Cared for by expert viticulturists and wine experts, our wine adds another special drop in your memories.

White wine - Pyrgos Petreza

Clear and beaming, golden with shades of grey, this wine is drunk also as an aperitif. It can be combined with fish, seafood and shellfish and with lasagna with salmon and white meat.

It can be exceptionally combined with cooked meat, past with sauce and spicy flavors.

Rose wine - Pyrgos Petreza

ROSE TESSERIS

With a name inspired by Pyrgos Petreza’s four (which is what “tesseris means in Greek) women, (Akrivi, Demetra, Sophia and Georgia), this special wine gives out rich citrus, aniseed and peach scents. In particular this is due to its harvest timing, at the beginning of September, always very early in the morning, so that the scents to be preserved in full. With balanced taste, lively and sweet, it accompanies perfectly summer dinners, sushi, but also as an aperitif.

Grenache Rouge
