Behind every plate there is a story, and that makes each menu unique: it is the story that you want to tell with your event, translated into quality ingredients, gastronomic inspiration, colours and odours. Devoted in that position, we design every menu from scratch –in order to be as unique as the occasion. Never resorting to pre-designed solutions and of course, never using pre-cooked dishes.
We choose seasonal materials, we respond to particular nutritional demands (children’s parties, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, halal, kosher), we design international recommendations which cover the whole span of international kitchen, we add details that carry special meaning for you and we present a complete tasteful experience, of the kind that remain unforgettable.
Since we are an indispensable part of our region, we try to obtain all our raw materials from local producers (in a radius up to 150km). They are our partners, who we know personally, trust and support. This is our way of maintaining our own history, which is interwoven with the region around us.
At the same time with your own events, our chef and his team channel their inspiration and art in the culinary nights that we systematically organize, every time with a different subject, but with common quality and taste. With that exact thought in mind, the chef and the Pyrgos Petreza team took part, along with other restaurants, in the top event of French gastronomy, the Goût de France 2017.
Miltiades Kioukas, executive chef with a rich CV, have been recognized and awarded many times for his gastronomic performances. He ranks among the best Greek chefs, is inspired by and experiments with various cuisines, updating his dishes into complete tasteful experiences. That’s why, since he started his career in 2003, the restaurants that he has worked with have been listed amongst the best in Athens. Since he joined the team of Pyrgos Petreza in October 2013, he inspired, created and added his tasteful signature that we wanted for your events.
